Went for a drive in the Santa Monica Mountains with family recently. I didn't get a lot of great pictures this time, but it made me think of past trips to Malibu and Topanga.
There is something about laying out your blankets in front of the ocean and making yourself at home
There are so many secret, special places around every corner. Every trip to the Santa Monica Mountains is a new adventure.
A few years ago I attended a play in the woods of Topanga. It was a magical experience.
There are over 500 miles of trails, I am always surprised how beautiful they are.
Stitched among the nature are pockets of civilization. Lake towns, restaurants and unique shops.
I wish I had a car, I would go that way more often.
Hey, nice to see you back. :)
Thank you! One of my resolutions was to start posting here again. Guess it was a good decision.
