Wow......this certainly is an action packed blog @nickeyharvey with a ton of fabulous images and great information. You've put a lot of effort into this post and I'm sure many more people than myself will be putting these two venues on their bucket list.......although I'll leave the Kaituna River Rafting to those who are much more energetic (and brave) than I am. One of these days I am going to visit Hobbiton. Some of my family members have been and it was the highlight of their trip to N.Z.

Hey @trudeehunter! Thanks for checking it out! Yea no shortage of action in this one and I needed a couple of days off to post about my next day in New Zealand myself! That was the biggest rapid I've ever rafter down and it was pure adrenaline!
Hobbiton was awesome as well in such a different way! I hope one day I get to go back to New Zealand and even live there for a bit because I fell a little bit in love with the place 😊
