Vietnam has a lot of beautiful scenery but here is a special place. Characterized here is the rocky plateau with rugged paths featuring ethnic people living in peaceful villages.

The people here are mostly H'mong ethnic. They get married early and have a lot of children when they are young. Children often take care of each other when their parents are away. As they grow older, the children will go to the fields with their parents and grandparents to do the harvest work. Cabbage and corn are two main agricultural commodities. The children are very nice and hardworking.

The scenery is very grandiose and wild. People are friendly and honest

The cuisine of this region is made from grated corn and steamed into a cake. The cake is called " mèn mén" The cabagge here usually has a bitter taste and is called “cat” cabagge. Although many poor but the people’s here are very enthusiastic when strangers to visit. They can treat their guests very well.
