Ooooo sorry to hear and see that you got targeted. It's a pretty bad playful joke. What is worse is if someone is high reactive to hot chillis, they could end up in hospital or worse. Yet, they probably wouldn't have trusted a stranger and tried it in the first place. First time in 11 years, huh?
