The famous Russian traveler Fyodor Konyukhov the first time in the world at the first attempt to circumnavigate flight on a unique 60-meter balloon "Morton". It is more than two days, a record surpassed the American Steve Fossett, alone and without landing rounded earth for 11 days and 6 hours, while setting several world records.
The previous record was 13 days and 8 hours, Fossett set only the sixth attempt, having lost five balls before. In total for the history of the world there were 29 attempts to circumnavigate the Earth in a balloon, and only three of them have been successful.
Total flight time, which was held in extreme conditions, the ball "Morton" crossed three oceans and three continents, came close to Antarctica, flying a total of more than 34 800 km - and this is a record the distance covered during a non-stop flight. Unique ball, the manufacture of which took almost a year, broke down all the temperature difference is lowered even below -50 degrees Celsius, and a height of 10,614 meters above the ground - and this is a record of the lift on the ball.
Pilot balloon Fedor Konyukhov was able alone to leaking gondola measuring 2 by 1.6 meters, with a limited supply of water and food, at an altitude of flight of aircraft to make this complex an expedition with an absolute victory and the results of which will be very difficult to beat!
