Kaeng Som Maew, a wonderful natural attraction, Ratchaburi province, in the West of Thailand

in #travel3 months ago

Kaeng Som Maew or Queen Sirikit Forest Park is a large rapids or stream in the forest of Suan Phueng, in Ratchaburi province which is not far from Bangkok.

It’s one of the wonderful natural attractions in Thailand.

Kaeng means rapids or stream

The rapids have many large and small rocks blocking the Lampachi River. These rocks have amazing shapes which create awesome views.

The water is crystal clear and clean. In some areas, it’s not deep, so you can enjoy swimming in a nice atmosphere.

Kaeng Som Maew is located in the area of the Queen Sirikit Forest Plant Study Center so there are various kinds of plants gathering in the garden in the middle of the forest for studying.

These make the area look refreshing and relaxing.

Besides, you will closely see beautiful peacocks walking freely in Kaeng Som Maew as well.

Nature at Kaeng Som Maew can heal our and animals' minds as well.

Thank you very much for your great support. I highly appreciate it.

You have taken a photo of a peacock and reached it. I don't see it anywhere except the zoo. Thailand is truly a paradise of beauty

Many thanks for your appreciation about Thailand. I’m happy to know that. You are welcome to Thailand at any time.

The view is amazing but the peacock is what makes everything beautiful and special.

I love the peacock, too. I agree with you "it makes everything beautiful and special" indeed. Thanks a lot!
