At Hakuba Goryu Ski Resot's Iimori Zone, Sausage Bros' grill is at the smoking area directly at the entrance to the intermediate zone ski lift. I'm going out on a limb and calling it the best sausage in Japan, period. Sausage Bros' menu has a variety of sausages and I was eager to try them all because of the set up. Remember, we're at a ski resort repeatedly trying to go up the ski lifts as many times as we can before dusk comes. A grilled sausage or sausages is saving time was in my mind but when I tasted it, it blew my mind.
Sausage Bros' have these beef skewers that instantly made my trips going up the ski lift less frequent.
When I saw they had hot butter rum, I probably had 1 too many and was enjoying snowboarding more and more each trip up the ski lift.
Remember, Sausages Bros is directly at the base of both Iimori Zone ski lifts so that hot butter rum was a shot of warmth every time up.
Maybe every other time is more like it, with a few breaks in between. I'm snowboarding and drunken snowboarding is not the business at my beginner level so I naturally also had a different sausage each time to even it out.
I'm Thai so the basil sausage was on repeat most of the day and I took some spicy sausages & beef skewers back to the hotel with me. Sausage Bros' is the best grilled sausage I've tasted in Japan.
Interestingly enough, the owner of Sausage Bros is a fellow Steemian @gramurai, hope you all show support of our fellow Steemian and resteem the dream!
