Team building - yes or no?

in #travel7 years ago

Hi, Steemers!

I am not a big fan of team building. Sometimes it seems like a lots of wasted time. I can not change my view that I could do something better while having some useless activities.

Ok, if you are in company of a 'nice' (funny) people, it's much easier. But if you have to be whole day in company of cynical and boring humans, it can be very boring.

P.S. Whole last team building I spent in tour of bars being drunk before noon. That way I survived some negative parts of job and some people.

Here are some photos from team building in the neighboring country (only nature and places, of course).

very cold and smelly water at lake (I tried it) ;)

6€ is the entry to the swimming part of the lake

                         I tried some craft beer

Great attitude from crew at @minnowsupport :)

Grab a beer and enjoy!

Cheers! @ssekulji

I guess it all depends on the team and the outcome you are trying to achieve. Your right spend the day with people you really have nothing in common with expect that you work for the same company is not reason to spending the day getting drink. I can definitely find better things to do with my time.
