I didn't go to the zoo, but a friend of mine told me a story about how during WW2, hundreds of Jewish people hid in there! I tried to google but only found Warsaw Zoo? Is the story true or not lol

dont know if that true or not, could be, the Zoo is located in the Jewish area, many people tried to help during the War, would be so great if the Zoo indeed was used to help people! always enjoy going there
