Gorgeous, lovely, amazing, yes, yes, yum! I'm a wanderer too. Originally from the us but setting up a home base in Belize now. That's most of what I write about. Then more traveling. Been lin to of wonderful places with lots more I want to see. I love traveling with my kids because they love adventure too. And it great we them so much. It grows me so much. This article is so fantastic. One of my favorite things I've read on Steemit. And I really loved the language bit at the beginning.
I've had this wanderlust more than 20 years, and I don't see it ever changing. I feel more at home wherever I am than I used to. I know now that home really is a heart thing, rather than a location. My next journey is Guatemala, and I can't wait.

Thank you so very much, I'm really glad you enjoyed it. Wow, Belize...now that is quite a journey. I looked it up - pictures and so on - and it looks wonderful. It's great that you can travel with your family, 'cause that's just the best way to do it, in my opinion, because then you have both your mental home and the home of your heart (them) with you and you're ready to take on the world.
Wow, Guatemala! Enjoy that, I bet it will be amazing. And don't forget to write about it, you know, spread the wonder to all of us poor souls who haven't had the chance to see the place (yet) ;)
Belize is so, so beautiful. This life isn't always easy, but it's full of love and beauty, and that is worth a lot. I'll definitely write about Guatemala. I've been once before but long, long ago. It's stunningly gorgeous.
I haven't yet been to Europe! I am originally from the US. I have been able to travel far a couple times to Bolivia, China, and the Philippines. We're planning on British isles next summer and mainland Europe in a few years, but I have a feeling I'll want to go more than once. Of course I also want to spend at least six months in Africa and at least that long in South America. Of course South Asia is also on the list. I really just want to see it all.
I imagine...I've always been sort of in awe of people who travel so far. At the moment, I'm trying to see as much of Europe as possible ;) but I will, one day, venture much further.
