Hello Folks,
In this post, i will try to explain what is bistro and what are the best examples of it. First, lets start with the definition:
A bistro /ˈbiːstroʊ/, is, in its original Parisian incarnation, a small restaurant, serving moderately priced simple meals in a modest setting. Bistros are defined mostly by the foods they serve. French home-style cooking, and slow-cooked foods like cassoulet, a bean stew, are typical.
Bistro is a name given to Paris café bars, which are actually very distinctive features. I want to talk to you today about Paris bistros.
In the north of France, because of the weather, people prefer to drink in closed places. Although they are reminiscent of English pubs, they are never like an English pub.
Due to the warm climate of southern France, drinking pleasure is experienced by lazing in the open air spaces 'terrasse'.

Bistro is completely related to Paris. In addition, the word 'bistro' refers to a certain style of drinking, whose qualities are very clearly defined. But the concept of 'bistro' has been distorted all around the world.
In a real neighborhood bistro, life begins with a coffee-croissant at six in the morning. These are the places where the neighborhoods will drink their morning coffee and make their first conversation day.

Later in the morning when the first wines will start to be ordered, you can smell the bistro meals. Boeuf bourguignon or blanquette de veau or onion soup. In the afternoon, these fresh, simple and satisfying bistro dishes, called 'bistro dinners' and representing the true French folk cuisine, are served.
Each bistro has its own 'plat du jour' , Then 'employee food' service. It's a snack time towards 3:00 PM. After 4 PM, bistros starts to serve hot chocolate with the disintegration of the schools.
In the evenings, it is the place where the ritual 'get drunk' is predominant.
These are local, cultural, family businesses that offer different service packages to different customer segments, usually at different times of the day.

I wish you can feel this places in real life.
Best Regards :beers:,
