Some of us might remember how absolutely fun it was on school trip when we recall our first experience of going to museums.
But, have you ever thought of becoming a 2D character that could enter a TV or journal, living with other characters that are in?
Well, museums are pretty much the same experience, except you can stare at them without being awkward.
So, let’s take a look around at top 5 museums in the world with astonishing beauty and history that we might have missed.
5. The Museum of Qin Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses.
One of the most significant archaeological finds in the world.
A funeral pit buried for the first Qin Emperor, Qin Shi Huang over 2,200 years ago.So far there are over 8, 000 full-sized warriors and horses and more than 100 chariots been excavated. All of the terra cotta warriors were lively made, and from their hair styles, clothes and gestures, it is easy to tell their identities and duties, generals, officers, cavalry or infantry.
4. The Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum in Washington.
A place where you can touch rocks from the MOON!
NASM holds the largest collection of historic aircraft and spacecraft in the world, and also contains the Apollo 11 command module, the Friendship 7 capsule which was flown by John Glenn, the Bell X-1 which broke the sound barrier, and the Wright brothers' plane near the entrance.
3.Hall of Names.
Repository for the names of millions of Shoah victims at Yad Vashem, the Holocaust Remembrance Authority in Jerusalem.
The Hall of Names consists of a circular upper walkway for visitors. The space above and below the walkway is constructed of two 10-meter cones facing away from each other and connected at their widest point. The upper cone bears copies of some 600 photographs and fragments of Pages of Testimony of Holocaust victims. The downward facing cone reaches into the mountain bedrock, at the base of which a pool of water reflects the images in the upper cone. Opposite to the entrance of the Hall of Names is an opening leading to a computer center for searching for names of Holocaust victims.
2. The National Museum of Anthropology in Mexico City.
Home to the famous Aztec calendar.
It is the largest and most visited museum in Mexico, containing significant archaeological and anthropological artifacts from Mexico's pre-Columbian heritage, such as the Stone of the Sun (or the Aztec calendar stone) and the Aztec Xochipilli statue.
1.The Vasa Museum
Home to the only almost fully intact 17th century ship that sank on her maiden voyage in 1628.
The Vasa Museum (Swedish: Vasamuseet) is a maritime museum in Stockholm, Sweden. More than 95 percent of the ship is original, and it is decorated with hundreds of carved sculptures.
For nearly half a century the ship has been slowly, deliberately and painstakingly restored to a state approaching its original glory. The three masts on the roof outside the specially built museum show the height of the ship's original masts. Today the Vasa Museum is the most visited museum in Scandinavia, with over one million visitors a year.
