but we don't have traffic lights like that in America and I never seen in other European countries either
Oh really? In Poland they have similar. But instead of letters, they have lines. Btw these signalizations are only for public transport. :D
I've been to Poland when I was a kid, I don't even remember anything , but yeah ... most countries don't have it . this was my first time seeing something like that.
