Yes IF, I have been doing it for almost 3 years now. I used to lift heavier until I started using Steemit it took my time working out at the gym and part of it because I travel a lot... I though I still manage to keep two abs 😂 charot!
I have to try a little bit harder now. Today, I did the shoulder press. I am not sure how many sets, I did it until failure lol...Good luck tomorrow, let see how I feel.

Sadly no. I'd like to, just can't make a consistent habit of it!
I know, it's tough. You need a lot motivation and have good will power.
Do you stay active though? You sound like you're also into fitness stuff.
I manage to get active for a couple of months, then fall off the wagon. Then a few months later start something else :)
