What an inspiring story! "Do what you love and you will do it well" :-)
I used to be a kind of restless character myself and was always on the go... that was before the internet and I usually just drove all over Europe by car. When I lived in the US, I flew a lot, but avoid it now, whenever possible.
But I agree, that having a professional help with the planing, makes traveling a lot more convenient.
I wish we could embrace a culture where 'Do what you love' was more important than 'Do what is profitable...' but until then, we'll just have to make doing what we love profitable. :-)
Any particular reason you avoid flying typically?
make doing what we love profitable that's great! I think it usually turns out that way eventually, just have to hang in there long enough. But passion can take you a long way.
I had to fly so much, that I just came to hate it. Plus, now I live 2 hours away from the nearest big airport and all things considered it makes no sense to me within a certain radius where I like to go... which is now defined by my motorcycle ;-)
Motorcycle rides are the best. :-) Have you done any cross country trips on one? I don't know if I'd enjoy that, but I do love going for a ride on a summer day.
