In the Beautiful City, Chandigarh, today the festival has begun on the 46th day. Tourists come from distant places to see the festival that is being organized in Rose Garden and Laser Valley, located in Sector-16, Chandigarh. You can see many other types of flowers along with the rose in this flower fair in the Rose Garden. The festival, which starts in February, runs till June. During this time, many types of flowers appear here.
Chandigarh's Zakir Hussain Rose Garden is one of Asia's largest everyday gardens. The Rose Festival, which is spread over 30 acres, is seen in 829 species of rose varieties, of which 42,000 rose plants have been displayed.
Many programs are also housed here to make this festival more fun. Apart from this, eating and drinking stalls are also used here. There is no fee for any of these festivals to be held every year. You can see the pleasant flowers from 10 am to 8 pm.
Tourists from abroad and abroad are coming to see this festival organized at around 55.67 lakhs. In addition to the cultural competition, there are brass ed pigeon bands, flower hat minking, folk dance, Mr. and Mrs. Rose, Antakshari and crossword competition. Apart from this, beautiful and big figures of flowers are also made here.
