As we all know FIFA world cup is the world's most popular sport that has drawn billions of viewers every four year.
This year FIFA world cup is in Russia.
In this post i will tell you some weird, amazing facts about FIFA world cup which you probably didn't know about.

In 2014 FIFA world cup more than 3.2 bn people watched the world cup which is approximately half of the world's total population.
The original trophy of the FIFA world cup is NO MORE!
In 1983, some thieves managed to make off with the original world cup trophy in brazil & it was never recovered!
- No SEX!
Many coaches ban their players from having sex during the world cup , according to them sex distracts player from performing better.
- India is the only country in the world who qualified for the world cup but never played because FIFA said they couldn't play barefoot.
- Connection between rolls royce & football player!
Each player who scored a goal in world cup 1990, got a rolls royce from UAE (offer limited to UAE player only)
- World most expensive world cup
Acc. to FIFA, to host the world cup in 2014 brazil spends approx. $11billion which is roughly equals to 61% of its education budget.

Dude the fact regarding India was not allowed to play World Cup as they wanted to play barefoot is totally false it was because the government did not send them as the world Cup was in Brazil and there were no aeroplanes in India that time so that had to travel by ship and cover such long distance from India to Brazil
