Ground zero
Lower Manhattan was a pile of concrete waste on sept 11. And stood back right into the lights. The photograph is from ground zero memorial where the names of all those who lost ther lives is carved in metal. Soon after the collapse, the Mayor said "We will rebuild, we are going to come out stronger than before, politically stronger, economically stronger. The skyline will be made whole again"
Wounds were heal but the Scars remain forever
