in #travel8 years ago (edited)

If you're tired off your daily routine and want to experience something new for your next trip. Then you should choose India! Why? Well for most people visiting India is once in a lifetime event which brings many unforgettable memories.

What you should know about India before visiting it:

  • Located in the south of Asia
  • Capital city: Delhi
  • Timezone: IST (UTC+05:30)
  • Currency: Indian rupee (₹) (INR)
  • Drives on the left
  • Emergency number: 112

1. Taj Mahal

This is probably the most important object to visit in India. Taj Mahal is located in Agra city, Uttar Pradesh state. Building itself is world famous and worth visiting it of its size and design. I would call it - The wonder of architecture!

2. Kerala

Tropical Indian state located in the very south of India. It has amazing nature definitely worth visit. Why? Just look at the picture and the video below!

3. Lonavala, Maharashtra

Amazing place in Sahyadri Mountains located right next to India's economical capital Mumbai. One of the best places to escape the noisy town and relax in nature. For me it would be the #1 on list.

4. Andaman And Nicobar Islands

Now these islands are the definition of what we call heaven! White beach, blue water and even gorgeous cliffs and hills.

5. Goa

And finally, one more world famous location - the outstanding Goa! Before I made this post I knew about Goa. But I didn't even thought that Goa is in India. So I was surprised a little... Anyways take a look at amazing Goa, its beaches and at its very joyful people.

*P.S. This post series also note for myself to must visit places and that's why I continued, some places I may have visited some I plan to visit. Anyways, thanks for reading and your attention! Good luck everyone and steem on!
