One of the great things about Koh Phangan is that you can rent a scooter and visit pretty much every part of the island that is approachable. The island itself seems like a big jungle but the roads are actually very good for driving.
That means you can go to a different beach every day if you feel like it.
Today I'm sharing pictures from Malibu beach, so far my favorite. It is very chilled, clean, with white sand and clear water. The view is pretty amazing as well, surrounded by blue water and blue skies with a green mountain forest in the background. There is also a great bar/restaurant with a wifi connection if you need it and a lot of palm trees and few hammocks in between.
Entering the Malibu beach
There is plenty of trees if you want to hide from the hot afternoon sun
View from the restaurant table
Lunch with a view - Chicken cashew nut and fruit shakes
Beach view - perfect combination of blue's and green's
Water is pretty shallow but warm and clean
What is a Thailand beach without dogs? :)

When you got that jungle vibe going on
Chilling
Making friends :D
The beach is not crowded, at least at this time of the year so you have a feeling it's all yours

I was there once. I slept in a wooden house a few yards from the beach. Great country, great island.

I just Googled it, haha! I can get it at couple of places, I might try it, hoping it will taste good. :)
Well, that's good to know for when you get home.
Probably at an Oriental Restaurant.
