This is the Palace of the President and the Government in Quito, Ecuador. They raise the flag every Monday, and unlike in other countries, this is a very vibrant event in this Latin American country.
Not only tourists, but local population and horse-guards attend the flag raising as well.
At ordinary times, the area is just a normal square for anyone to use.
There are even barber shops within the sides of the Palace! Are there barber shops (or any other shops) in your country's presidential palace?
Extraordinary photography I considered it once..... what's more, that is all it at any point was an idea Great photography I thought about it once..... and that's all it ever was a thought.
