Traveling For The First Time & Exploring Shimla | DTube Travel Review

in #travel6 years ago

I'm in India for the 14th edition Hero MTB Himalaya Stage race. Shimla is where we start and in this video I talk about my journey so far.
I absolutely loved traveling for the first time and the best thing is that I did it at such a young age!
Hey there DTube and Steemit. My name is Juan. I am from cape town, south africa.

I prayed so hard on the roads in India... hahaha
It's great that you felt safe
At first I was shocked to see that most of them didn't have their side mirrors and then I realise they honk to alert someone they were overtaking
But what's amazing is there are hardly any accidents...
Wishing you a fantastic ride through Shimla
I do hope you get to share some on DTube :D
Thank you for sharing your journey with us @mtbmasterclass

Hahaha I understand, sometimes it was scary but it's seriously crazy that there are little to none accidents on the road in Shimla. The honking is crazy!!!

Thanks for the comment!

Nice to see you again in dtube. I think the sound of the video is a bit low.

Thanks!
I will try and speak louder next video I create. I took some time off to rest but now i'm back at it!

What an awesome experience you got to do! How old are you?

I still yet haven't gotten the chance to travel further than the neighbour country Slovenia. I'm from Croatia btw and 23 y/o.

Good luck in the race!

Thanks so much hey!

I'm 19. Traveled from cape town to india! So cool. Seriously try and travel somewhere. Take someone with and just go enjoy it, I'm telling you, when the travel bug bites there is not turning back. Try go to a 'cheap' country where your currency is very strong. Good luck bro!

I would love to travel. The problem is not in that I don't want to but that I can't afford to. Our currency is so weak (1/6.5 of USD), there are not many countries I would be able to visit to have a stronger currency.

But in a couple of years everything will change though. Steem will change the game. Hope you are stacking up!

Do you have issues posting with 78SP? Now when the RC's are out. Is it giving you the message that you've spent all of your credits and need more SP to continue posting?

I understand where you're coming from... Our currency is 1 dollar for 14 rand. That is absolutely scary and horrifying. Anyway. Having no problems at all posting with that little SP. I withdrew it because I got a little bit more money out of it. But Needing to post videos now. I don't think it should drop below the point of not being able to post anymore. I don't know what RS's are ?

And hell yea steemit is a game changer

Start thinking about hoarding as much SP as you can. It will be worth much more in the future and you will be banging your head on the wall for selling it :D

Resource Credits is the new system which determines how much can you post/comment/upvote. It all depends on the amount of SP you hold.

You can check that and much more info on your account on Steemd or on Steemworld

Game changer will be an understatement when it reaches its full potential.

Oh yea I see. Thanks man, it's like credits. I probably wont be withdrawing sp again any time soon. Interesting stuff and thanks for the comment bro! so awesome

Np! If you get stuck on Steem not understanding something, feel free to hit me up. Been here a while so I know a lot that might help you :D

Cya around!
