Join us on a walk through the Scottish mountains at the end of the rainy season of August 2015.
There was a huge amount of rainfall for the preceding 3 months that rangers told us that our planned route was not passable due to several new waterfalls.
We still had an amazing time camping by the lake first night, then camping beside a hostel where we dried our clothes and warmed up. Third night we slept by the lake again before heading ack to the car for a 9 hour drive south to London.
We had a wonderful time and you would to if you ever visited the area of Loch Lomond.

Nice video Mike. You captured the majesty of that part of Scotland. Midges, though eh? I bet there were plenty!
Ha ha! The rainy season in Scotland has no end! Lol.
Yeah good amount of midges which ensured we always had a power-walk ! :) Loved the place, despite being there in the 3rd month of downpours.
