Can you imagine the world as a great country? If so, you would not be the first person to reflect on such a thing. In this world, we would not be upset by the religious beliefs of others, but would accept the fundamental right to have a belief. There is probably a universal language, because as the German philosopher Wittgenstein wrote, if you do not speak the same language, you can not understand the culture of others. Choosing a language can be difficult, so perhaps all the children in the world would begin to learn the New World language. The trade would be fair and all business matters would be carried out for the greater good and environmental sustainability of this country. Can you imagine all the people living in harmony?

First let's look at the world today. As of April 2017, the world's population was approximately 7,500 million (101 men and 100 women), and while the growth rate is currently declining, it is expected that by the year 2100, the population will remain at 11,200. millions. There are currently 195 countries in the world today. 54 of them are in Africa, 48 in Asia, 44 in Europe, 33 in Latin America and the Caribbean, 14 in Oceania and 2 in North America. China is the most populous country, followed by India, the United States, Indonesia and Brazil. Asia has the largest number of people in more than 4.4 billion, Africa has more than 1.2 billion, Europe almost 739 million, North America 579 million, South America 422.5 million, Oceania a little over 41 million and Antarctica 4,490.

According to the nominal GDP of each continent, Asia is 27.2 trillion dollars, North America is 21.2 trillion, Europe 19 trillion, South America 3.9 trillion, Africa 2.1 trillion, Oceania 1.4 billion and Antarctica is on the list 0. As we can see, the wealth is not exactly evenly distributed throughout the world. In fact, it is not evenly distributed anywhere. A recent Oxfam report states that the concentration of global money belongs to a small group of people. He called this concentration of wealth "beyond the grotesque", telling us that the richest billionaires control the same amount of wealth as almost half of the entire poor world population. He explained that the 8 richest men in the world, including the richest, Bill Gates,

We understand that dividing all the money does not make much sense since that money could not exist without the motivation to become rich and powerful. But let's take a look anyway at what would happen if we divided all that wealth. According to the CIA Factbook, if we consider "broad" money: "Stock of quasi money compares the total amount of savings and time deposits denominated in the national currency, maintained by non-banking financial institutions, state and local governments, non-financial public enterprises and the private sector of the economy. "- there are around 85 billion dollars in the world. If we divide that among the population of 7,500 million, each one of us has about 11,333 dollars. But that's just money, not what all of our assets come in terms of dollars.

So we have our big pile of cash and we are willing to share everything. The first thing we have to do is learn to survive, as a whole, and the most important thing we simply can not live on is water. Well, according to the World Health Organization, having access to drinking water is not a problem for many people today. 884 million people do not have access to drinking water, while 2 billion people drink water contaminated with feces. Another 502,000 people drink water that can "transmit diseases such as diarrhea, cholera, dysentery, typhoid and polio." Each day, the world consumes approximately 10 billion tons of fresh water, while the average American consumes between 100 and 175 gallons. of water every day (about 216 billion gallons per year). Per inhabitant, this easily places the US UU On top.

The next thing we need is food. According to worldhunger.org, one in nine people is undernourished in the world, and 98 percent live in developing countries. In addition to using our shared wealth to create drinking water facilities, we would also have to develop some kind of sustainable agriculture and food manufacturing process. According to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, the largest world consumer of daily calories is Austria, with an average of 3,800 calories a day. USA UU It is the second with 3,750 calories and Greece the third with 3,710 calories. Citizens of some countries do not get the recommended minimum daily calories of 1,800. According to the FAO, approximately one third of the food we produce is thrown out every year, that's about 1. 3 billion tons of food. Per capita, this means that we are wasting 209-254 pounds (95-115 kg) of food per year in Europe and North America, and about 13-24 pounds (6-11 kg) of food in sub-Saharan Africa, south and Southeast Asia. In our new country, we should try to prevent this. It could even mean replacing or ensuring the growth of some of the "basic starches", rice in Asia, bread and potatoes in the west. In terms of tons produced each year in the world, the winner is corn in 873 million metric tons, rice 738 million tons, wheat 671 million tons and potatoes 365 million tons. Corn is so high because, according to the Washington Post, it is about almost everything we eat. It is also in toothpaste and spark plugs.

How do we govern our new country, or at least organize it? The most common type of government in the world is what we call democracy, which is people governed by people. But then, what kind of democracy is that? A totalitarian democracy, a democracy contaminated with plutocracy or corporatocracy or even technocracy? It is not easy to answer, but in the spirit of our utopia, we should say that our democracy would be governed without greed. In today's world, the following four main types of government are republics, types of monarchical government, communism and dictatorships. With loving rulers at our side, as we said before, everyone would be free to believe in any religion or religion at all. If we maintain the religions that we have today, that would mean there would be more Christians in the country than any other religion. 2.2 billion people, or just over 31 percent, of people who identify as Christian. 1.6 billion people, or 22.3 percent of the people, are dedicated to Islam, 1.1 billion are secular (atheists, agnostics, non-religious), one billion are Hindus, 394 million are traditional Chinese religions, 376 million are Buddhists , 300 million are ethnic religions, 100 million are traditional African religions, and 30 million are Sikhs.

What would we be doing in our free time? Well, one of the things that connects the world is sports. At this time, the most popular sport in the world is football (soccer), which is said to have around 3.5 billion fans worldwide. Almost everyone in our country likes the game. The next thing is cricket with 2.5 billion, and then basketball with 2.2 billion fans. Football wins in how many people watch it, play it for fun, are in a team and the number of leagues in the world. Another thing we probably do is move around on Facebook, the largest social media platform in the world. As of June 2017, it had 2 billion monthly users. According to WorldAtlas, the countries that spend most time online are Canada (to 43. 5 hours per month per person on average), EE. UU (At 35.3 hours), the United Kingdom (at 32.3 hours), South Korea (at 27 years). 7 hours) and France (at 26.6 hours). Another thing that many people do in our new country is drink alcohol; according to the WHO, that is equivalent to more than half of the population of our country. The biggest consumers are in Europe and America, where the first has 69 percent of people who drink and the second 59 percent of people who drink. The largest consumer in the world is Belarus with 4.6 gallons (17.5 liters) of pure alcohol per capita per year. That's equivalent to the average person who drinks a bottle of wine every two days. One thing we can say with certainty about our country is that many of us would spend too much time on Facebook, drinking beer and watching sports on television. that is equivalent to more than half of the population of our country.

Sound like you? Why do not you tell us in the comments? How is your average day in terms of consumption, activities and money spent?
