Great post! Wow, they serve all of that as separate dishes in one course? That's amazing. My daughter had a Korean roommate her first semester in college. She came for a family dinner to my mother-in-law's house and cooked a traditional chicken stir fry dish with carrots and onions that has become a family favorite. Here in Oklahoma City, there is a Korean restaurant about a mile from my house. My wife and I intend to eat dinner there on a date night in the near future. But, we sometimes forget. Nice share!
