Petronas Twin Towers is synonymous with Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I recently had a chance to visit this amazing work of engineering, which has placed Malaysia among the top tourist destinations in the world.
I must admit that being an engineer myself, I love amazing works of engineering, especially tall buildings with unique architecture. Without a doubt, Petronas Twin Towers rank high in my list of most amazing places visited.
These pair of skyscrapers are one of the tallest buildings in the world at 451.9 meters. A skybridge links the two towers at 41st and 42nd floors.
Note: Visit to Twin Towers needs a prior reservation which can be done through their website. You can also get tickets directly from the reception office; however, you might have to reach there very early morning and stand in queue as tickets are provided on first-come-first-serve basis (I have visited Petronas Twin Towers twice, and for the first time I went there at 5:30 am just to be among the first few. If you have prior reservation, please do note that they are very punctual about time.)
Here are some pictures I took during my visit the buildings.

I love Kuala Lumpur and I recently went there for 7 days for the second time. I love to walk and explore the city, which is what I did for 7 days. It is not only one of the major financial hubs of the world but it also has everything one needs from a city - great food, amazing people, awesome night life and thriving with activities.
Well, I will surely go there again...
