If you cannot cook then learn. I have never been anywhere outside India but I lived alone for years in Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad and Chennai and I know the feeling of missing home and Maa ke hath ka khana. :)
Yes, I've learnt some cooking after moving here. But again, that feel is missing.. you know.
I've been out of home for the past 11 years now though. Lived all around in India and recently moved out last year. :)
