With a motto of "Get Back to Human," Hu Kitchen provides healthy Paleo food ranging from hot entreés to sweet desserts. All of Hu Kitchen's food is entirely unprocessed, gluten-free, and non-GMO and the majority of it is perfectly organic. Currently, there are two Hu Kitchens in Manhattan: one on 5th Avenue, and the other one on 3rd Avenue.
*Paleo diet: a diet following an ancestral approach that prioritizes eating real, whole, nutrient-dense animal foods, wild vegetables, fruits in season, along with nuts and seeds. Paleo diet is about eating real, naturally occurring ingredients that are healthy.
At Hu Kitchen, customers can order from throughout its spacious two-floor space that includes a smoothie/juice bar and a cold and hot food bar with dishes like line-caught tuna salad with homemade aioli and organic vegetables; organic chicken and quinoa soup.

They sell many different kinds of organic smoothies and detox juices as well.
Other menus include grass-fed beef meatloaf, wild salmon cakes, and organic spicy chicken wings. Entree prices range from $8.95 to $25.85. There are also a lot of nice to-go options and its organic Paleo chocolate bars are very famous. Hu Kitchen also has some awesome organic coffee and tea menus.

P.S. My favorite to-go menu is almond-covered chicken tender. I can have this menu every single day. So Good!

Hey, I was here only last month for a quick breakfast. Really nice place, I only had a smoothie (Matcha me Crazy, delicious) so I can't say much about the rest of the menu, but I had a good time there.
It surprised me how many of these health-oriented organic food joints were to be found in NY.
