How long is the jump overall from the free fall to the swing? At what point will they pull you back up? Do they pull you back up in the first place? Or do you need to hike back? 😄
Haha if you get the chance, go and jump. Everything is safe in Queenstown, and for other parts of the world just dont end up in dodgy places lol.
The jump was pretty quick, to be honest it last longer when my wife was freaking out on the edge than the actual jump lol. Im kidding, the free fall was real quick, but they let you move as a pendulum for a while and then they pulled us back. 🙂

I thought you were holding a selfie stick towards the end of the video. Does the crew do the video coverage or do you have to arrange on your own?

Yes, I had my gopro with an special wristband. Unfortunately, you can't have a selfie stick on the jump as you need both hands to keep holding the life rope. Safety first off course. yes they did the main video coverage, very professional and it was handed very quick after the jump :)
Safety first, of course! Nobody wants to be like those few in the news who met accidents just because of being too conscious to have selfies. It is good that the crew takes care of the video coverage.
