Yes, you are a traveller and not a tourist. Backpacking is great and even if life gets in the way with kids and house and everything, the colors do not wash off... the constant urge to hit the road is always there.
I have a ton of slides from my south east asia trip back in 1986-1987, that will eventually turn into an travel story here on steemit. I am slowly learning how to do this and collecting followers along the way. Wow, I'm gonna check out your posts as soon. Even though backpacking has gone mainstream now, it's still the best way to find our purpose and to live life to the fullest!
