I visited the beautiful Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris back in 2012, pre-fire. When the cathedral burned, I was crushed, absolutely devastated. I have been following the progress of the church's reconstruction ever since, even contributing to funding.
Today, the cathedral officially re-opened, and I am ecstatic! Hopefully I get to visit again someday. (I'd love to take my husband.)

As usual, great video and beautiful pictures! It made me want to go. Especially after my art history class and learning more about gothic architecture and stained glass.
You would absolutely LOVE it! And now it's been repaired and even cleaned, so it's absolutely gleaming. If you get a chance, I cannot recommend it enough, you simply must.
