This place is a part of the island of aruba, it is a Dutch colony on Venezuelan coasts, an important tourist destination for the Caribbean, in this photo apart from observing the beautiful blue of the sea, it is a part where food is thrown to attract the sharks on this side of the island and away from the tourist beaches where they can scare visitors, this effort is made by hotels and government.
