Japan has the best meat in the world. Nobody would argue against that. Wagyu is a buzzword all around the world. Wagyu just means Japanese Beef, so Wagyu can be from different quality
I went to Kisoji in Tokyo with a couple of Steemians a while back and I was saving this post for my 10000th Post on Steemit.com. Well its Posts + Comments but I will celebrate this anyways.

I really love wagyu beef, and the marble effect on the wagyu in your photos looks perfect! When I tried wagyu for the first time in Japan is was a memory I will never forgot!

So Wagyu is just beef? Does it cover all types of beef, all cuts and cooked in different ways? I always assumed it was more specific!
nope it just means Japanese BEEF. can be all cuts. !

Wagyu Beef Is very tasty and healthier too, It contains more Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, as well as more monounsaturated fatty acids (the good fat) than other beef. Congrats for 10000th post ... This number is huge ...you post consistently that why you reached that number ...upvoted and resteemed..
And it also has tons of umami, its definetly the king of kings when speaking of meat!

wagyu in japan is not always expensive. the meal was around 10000yen per person. so 95usd.
oh, I thought is more expensive than that.
I saw a youtube video with a guy from Japan that gave his cows every day beer to drink😀

I've only ever had A4 Wagyu. What grade was the beef in the picture. It has beautiful marbling and brightness.

I like Japanese cuisine. I often a dwonload how to cook japanese cuisine. The food I like among many famous Japanese culinary among culinary :
Ramen is a soup dish that has grown to be very popular and is considered as a byword for Japanese food
Sashimi is a traditional Japanese dish served fresh (not cooked), fresh cuts of ordinary meat, enjoyed with soy sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger.
I totally agree with you about the world's most famous japanese meat .
i want to visit japan to try my favorite waqyu and culinary.

Yeah, japanese cuisine is special among other asian gastronomies, they have a really traditional sense of flavor! My favorite type of Japanese Dinner is the Izakaya!

Ramen is Japanese noodle soup dish originating from China.
The Japanese also call it ramen as buckwheat chili or shina soba because buckwheat or o-soba in Japanese often also means noodles.
this is the ramen I often make :
ramen noodles chicken meat and chicken legs
ramen noodles, boiled crabs
