シーク教の聖地で知られるAmritsar。
旧市街はバラナシとよく似ていますが更に規模が大きくて、その中心にはHarmandir Sahib(Golden Temple)があります。
Amritsar known as the Sikhism sacred place. The Old Town is very similar to Varanasi, but it is bigger and more vibrant. In the center is Harmandir Sahib (Golden Temple).

彼らは性別、階級、宗教によって区別されることなく平等であるという教義のもと、1日当たり約10万食を提供しています。
This place was introduced by the movie "Himself He Cooks". They serves about 100,000 meals a day under the doctrine that we are equal without being distinguished by sex, class, religion.
この寺院の周りは本当にのんびりしてます。フレッシュジュース(ブラックソルト入り)がここではたったの10Rsだったり。
It is really relaxing around this temple. The photo is cheap fresh juice store.
こちら名物のKulcha Naan タンドールで焼いた馬鈴薯入りのナンをたっぷりのバターで食べます。
This is famous Amritsar food, Kulcha Naan. It is Nan with potatoes baked in Tandoor. we can eat it with plenty of butter.
聖地から離れると肉も食べられます。バターをたっぷり塗ったタンドリーチキン。
You can also eat meat if you leave the holy place. Tandoori chicken with richer butter applied.
