朝7時にKathmanduのバスパークから出発、Besishaharまで7時間。
Besishaharで乗換えNgadiまで2時間。
Hotel Minaの宿代は100Rs.
通常、山のロッジは部屋代は無料か格安。その代わりにロッジでの食事は重要な収入源です。
それから、トレッキング最初の村とはいえ水には気をつけましょう！油断してロッジの家族に薦められるまま生水を飲んだ2時間後、血便が出ました 笑

Kathmandu>Ngadi(890m)
I left at 7am, 7 hours from Kathmandu's bus park to Besishahar.
Transfer at Besishahar, taking 2 hours to Ngadi.
Hotel Mina, 100Rs per night.
Normaly the mountain lodge is cheap or free for room costs.
Instead, meals on the lodge are important income.
And,
Even though it is the first village in trekking, beware of drinking water!
I didn't pay attention and drank the raw water recommended by lodge's family.
2 hours later, I saw my bloody stools with a toilet.
