Traveling the Odyssey (Daily Photo Series #29)

in #travel7 years ago

Hey y'all! I'm sorry I've been absent the past three days and you have been missing out on photos from my adventures! I am starting to feel better and will be feeling even better in the coming weeks. Now, I am determined to quit smoking and nothing will stand in my way.

Our first photo is from when I was on tour a few years back. At the time I was traveling with the bands Alaska and Twin Cities. As you can see, we are enjoying what we called "The Cozy Cove." This was a space for supreme relaxation if you weren't on driving duty. Originally having three benches, we took out the middle to create this zone for ourselves. At this point on tour, we were passing Salem, Oregon.

Our second photo comes from Cape Flattery, the northernmost tip of the Olympic Peninsula. A beautiful part of the country, the pacific northwest has everything you want in a vacation.

Walking the Cape Flattery trail.

From lakes, to forests, to mountaintops, and back down into the ocean, you can find it all here. Are any of my followers fans of this part of the country? It is one of my favorite places to go in the whole world!

For our final picture we're going to do a throwback from Las Vegas, Nevada! My hometown! It is a photo of @grapthar and I when we were skateboarding at the university. I remember this day well, we shredded hard all day into the evening. Do any of you Steemians out there skateboard? I'm trying to get better! Let's shred together!
