"The morning light is truly blinding to the eye, but it never blinds our heart that there is always a good hope in every day"

Hello steemians! It’s been so long and I haven’t posted any blogs for weeks since I am such a busy student. In today’s blog I just want to share my second mountain climbing experience last weekend at Mt. Naupa, Naga Cebu City, Philippines.  

I joined this big event named LAKAT – Lakaw ug Katkat (walk and climb) last april 14-15, 2018. Together, with TEAM ZETS who were always there for me since my first mountain climbing last January, I felt lucky and I’m happy as one of the participants and thankful for helping and guiding a first timer like me. 

About 2pm we gathered in the city, and rode on a bus going Naga. Upon arriving we started hiking going up to the mountain for 15-30 mins. As soon as we reached to the top, we’ve built up our tents to rest. The event had lots of activities and it was really fun.  There were lots of sceneries that I have seen, but there is this best view and I called it a moment that I just took and I love it’s radiant beauty.  

When morning came, I was amazed when I saw this sunrise that shined upon us in that mountain. It’s not the typical light that we always see in the morning but it’s the kind of light that could give us faith and hope. It gave me a realization that, we may struggled upon climbing up to the mountain and I guess seeing that view really paid us off. Truth be told that, the best things to be seen are really on top. When the evening give us darkness and fear, we must be patient and wait for tomorrow, because there is warmth, light and there we can gain strength to stand up every day
