I've been to Kinderdijk also and it's fun to see the pictures of the area because it has been a while ago since i've visited the place ;) The volunteers that are working on the boat sounds like very decent and friendly people, with such attitude they should get paid! Oh and.. that picture on the end with you in the clog killed me xD 't ziet er naar uit da ge u goe geamuseerd hebt daar bij onze nederburen.. en da ist voornaamste! alweer een hele leuke post joy!

Great post! If you like Kinderdijk you should also check out Zaanse Schans sometime. Its a museum built like a traditional dutch village with lots of windmills. The Windmills work as well and produce various products. Yu can go inside them and everything. :)
I heard good things about Zaanse Schans, I really want to go there one day but Amsterdam is an expensive city...
This is true, but if you ever do find yourself in the area, try and find the time to go. Just being able to go into the windmills and learning how they work and what they are used for was worth it in my opinion :)
