• It was created by the Venezuelan Architect Fruto Vivas

• It was inaugurated on December 23, 2008

• Its structure is 16 meters high

• The roof of the Flower has 16 petals that can be opened and closed

• It has gardens, fish tanks, libraries and an amphitheater
