About Seolleongtang (설렁탕)
Today's post is about Seolleongtang.
Seolleongtang is one of famous soup in Korea.
It is based on ox bone soup.
To make this soup takes a day because ox bones simmered on low heat.
It means that there are much more effort to cook this soup than other Korean food.
Normally Seolleongtang is served with light noodles, plain, steamed slices of beef and green onions.
After served, you can add salt and pepper because it is normally unsalted.
I highly recommend enjoying Seolleongtang with Kimchi so that it is common for Korean.
