Ah...looks so serene! I do guided imagery and this is similar to what my "Happy place" looks like. But mine is more on a lagoon with white sand beaches.
Yes it does! My happy place is in a meadow near a forest ;) ... I do that too and encourage my patients to do so too
I am happy to hear that you encourage your patients to do so because it really helps; as you already know. I used it on my Mom when she was really ill and I could see her whole body relax. I love the work you do. Thank God there are people like you in this world to help others. :)
