wow it looks like you had a great visit. I loved Shenzhen when I visited last. Have you ever tried Vietnamese hot Pot? I looks much different, but seems to have many of the same ingredients. I also wonder if its origins in Vietnam were adopted form the Chinese Hot pot? Im guessing there is a very high chance of this.
