With each new hike that we go on I'm learning to be more patience and flexible with my boys. That means we make lots of stops along the way to throw rocks in the river or play in a tree fort for a half an hour. It's not about how far we hike or the destination we get to it's about our time together and enjoying the outdoors!

Although our weekend was filled with appointments we wished we could have postponed we still found time to get outside and enjoy the ☀️ Sometimes being an adult is hard work!
