Universal Studio L.A. - Theme Park series (2) / 洛杉磯環球影城 - 主題樂園系列 (二)

Universal Studio and Disney California Adventure Park were the two theme parks we visited in L.A. Our plan was first visited Universal Studio, then Disney California Adventure Park.

我們在洛杉磯安排了去玩兩個樂園：環球影城和迪士尼加州冒險樂園。先到前者再到後者。

You could feel the sense of movie once you arrived as you could see, we parked at the Frankenstein Parking.

一到達環球影城已經感受到電影氣氛。連停車場都叫作科學怪人停車場。

Since we were first time here, we decided to start with the Studio Tour. This one hour train tour gave us lots of information about the motion pictures produced in this hugh city of studios as well as couple of rides with the latest movies as background.

因為我們都是第一次到美國的環球影城，所以我們就由遊園列車開始。一個小時左右的車程，介紹了很多在這裏製作的電影的資料，還包括了幾個以最近的電影為題材的小型的機動遊戲。

We then broke up into groups as we had different targets. My wife went for Mummy and I took the kids to ride the Transformers. Of course we took photos with Megatron and Bumble Bee.

接着我們兵分兩路，太太去玩木乃伊，而我就帶女兒們去玩變形金剛。我們當然不會錯過和他們拍照的機會。「大黃蜂片段在此」

While we were waiting for the Jurassic Park ride to open, we didn't miss the chance of taking photos with the Egyptians.

在等待侏羅紀公園開放之際，女兒們亦與埃及人合照。

Getting into the Jurassic Park meant we had to face all the dinosaurs and escaped them.

在侏羅紀公園當然見到大量恐龍！

The dinosaurs were not too scary after all, so we decided to take photos with the Raptor.

恐龍都不過如此而已，跟速龍合照當然沒難度。

We then headed to the world of wizards and witches to experience the power of magics.

之後就是去體驗魔法的時間。

We were not ready to challenge the long queue for the famous Harry Potter ride yet, so we decided to check the Minions out.

大伙兒都認為還不是挑戰哈理波特遊戲那條人龍的好時機，所以我們跑去看看能不能當上Minions.

Failed to be part of the Minion army, we were hungry and tired, so we fueled up before taking on the magical challenge.

可惜在最後關頭我們被變回人類！補充體力之後，我們決定去接受魔法試練。

There was still a long queue but magical power apparently not just exist in Harry Potter's world, our kids also had the power. That's why we could use another queue named "Kid Switch" queue to fast track the waiting.

原來除了哈理波特之外，我們的小孩都有魔法在身。憑著她們的"Kid Switch"(勉強譯作交換照顧兒童吧)魔法，我們跳過長長的人龍，很快便玩到了。

There were still some time before the theme park closed, so we went to see how crazy were the Simpsons.

距離閉園還有少許時間，我們就會一會Simpsons一家看看他們如何瘋狂。

There were many shopping rounds in every theme park visit.

到主題樂園玩少不免會購物的。

According to my wife, who had been to Universal Studo Japan before, Universal Studio here was not as big as her Japanese counterpart. Except for the Harry Potter ride, USJ seems to be bigger and better. This was OK to me since I hadn't been to other Universal Studio anyway. I think it worth the money!
