Iceland is just a stunning place to visit - it has to be one of my top 3 countries in the world. I haven't been on a whale watching tour there yet but have seen the southern half to the country from Reykjavik to Hofn. Great post and fabulous pictures - what a privilege to get so close to these awesome creatures - thanks @highwings - have been looking out for more of your posts since reading your introduction!

Thank you. Iceland is my favorite place on earth... so far... have Nepal coming up in October and think it may give Iceland a run for its money haha! Was there 8 years ago for just under a week and got as far as Jökulsárlón. Then this year decided to camp around the ring road/ Westfjords and the Snæfellsnes peninsula for 3 weeks.
