Been there twice Lauren. Nice place. I got arrested for riding a motor bike without my hemet on. My wife didn't have one on either but apparently it's just law for the driver to have one. Hmm. :) I paid a fine, after lining up at the police station with about 50 other Australian's there for the same reason. Haha, good times.
Oh shit arrested! :) I didn't think the Thai were that strict too! Australians and their safety haha! Yes good times good story to tell!!
It was more comical than anything. I wasn't in hand cuffs or anything like that. I might have argued with the cop a little bit which didn't add to his mood. Anyway, it was an experience to talk about later. With each retelling back home it got worse and worse. I may have embellished slightly.
How good is Thailand though! Looks like you had a good time. That picture of you getting the fish thing on your feet...There's a head opposite you just checking it all out. Gold!
Yes it sounds like an experience that will have everyone laughing :) Yes Thailand is amazing!! Talking about it makes me want to return. I know some weird mannequin head watching me is sort of creepy!!
