Answering Some Of The Questions You Might Have About This Project!

I know that there are a few questions, or maybe a lot of questions, you have about this project. I will do my best to answer some of them in this post. If you have any more questions put them in the comments section and I will try to answer them the best I can.

Why Are You Doing This?

I feel and have heard from nomads and travelers that this is needed. There are not really any RV parks that van dwellers or older vehicles can get into. let alone work on their vehicles. Many times some people may need help to do something on their vehicles, part of their build, or a mechanical problem, that they need help with as sometimes their knowledge will not allow them to do what is needed. It will be a place where there are people with different skill sets and they can help each other, working together to accomplish a goal.

What Is The Cost To Getting This Started?

The short answer to this is I am not really sure. There are many variables to this question. I am looking at somewhere between $150,000 to $250,000 dollars to get what is needed for the finish of this project. Like I said there are variables to all of this, price of land, cost of well, septic system, and cost of all the buildings. So that is an estimate of what it will cost.

How Are You Funding This Project?

You and I both know that posting on Hive will take a long time to come up with this amount of money. So I am mainly funding it myself a little at a time. I am looking for owner-financed land, the well and septic system will come as I have the finances to make it happen, the shower buildings and other buildings will come along as finances permit. This channel will help with whatever it can and it will be a help to this project in maybe getting the word out about this project and letting nomads and travelers know all the information on it.

Will You Charge People To Be On The Property?

Yes, at some point I will be. It will be very affordable as it will just be to pay the expenses of the property, electric bill, porta-potty costs, till septic is in, other costs that occur from the use of this project. Any leftover money will be put into this account to build it up for helping those nomads and travelers with votes on their content here on the Hive blockchain and 3Speak videos. Know that I am not doing this to make money for myself but to promote and push people to the Hive blockchain and hopefully help those that need a little to help them live and share their experiences with you. At some point, I hope that they can use Hive to pay for their stay on this property, that is the goal!

Why Not Put A Proposal On Hive To Help With This?

To be honest, I am small, and not many people know me, I do not think it would work. There are so many people doing that for all of the projects and I am not known enough to even be seen I think. If you can help with this and get the proposal funded, it will help greatly on this project. I am open to doing a proposal on Hive though.
