Here in Lapu-lapu City, Cebu, Philippines there are alot of Beach Resort that is super in to your budget, you don't have to spend a thousands of dollars or pesos just to feel the summer and post a beautiful pictures on social medias. Here's one of the most exciting summer escaped I have experienced here at The Mundo Island.
You can Spend here in your Family, Friends, Loved ones etc. It is a Private Island that is used to planned build a Resthouse, but instead of making it into a Private Place they planned it again and made it a Island Resort so that tourist could visit and see how beautiful the Mundo Island be. As the 3 years passed by it is now well known as the "Sweet Little Island" at Maribago, Lapu-lapu City, Cebu Philippines. The island also is rented by some Events like; Birthday Parties, Wedding Reception, Family Bonding (Privately) etc that is Rented Privately. Aside from renting it privately it has a cheap entrance fee that is only 50 pesos and some cottage that is range from 300-500 pesos only.
To reach to the desired destination you just need to ride a jeep going to soong and ask the driver to drive you to "Buyong" Fare Fee is only 7 pesos after you reach to the place where the driver drived you there are tricycle that can lead you to the sea shore Fare Fee is only 7 pesos. And lastly when you arrived to the sea shore (Side of Blue Reef and Tambuli Buildings and Some Resorts) to reach to the island you need to rent a boat it is only 50 pesos per head. And when you get there the Entrance Fee is just 50 pesos and The cottage is 300-500 you can bring drinks and foods there. It seems go get there is a little bit 
adventurous but it is very nice to go there and bring some squads.
It is a place where you can forget all of the problems for the mean time and enjoy the nature and the summer itself.

Can people do an vernight stay?
Yes, you can also rent it for private. For only 3,000 a day.
