For me, jovial, courteous and welcoming staff at the door, ready to help with a smile and a warm welcome. Secondly, fresh good foods, especially organic, if possible. It would be an extra dose of goodness if there were some excellent choices of drinks, from wine to aperitifs to spirits as well while sitting on very comfortable seats (coach, sofas, or even nice chairs).
