That is fascinating. I like the reflection on the water and there looks like all sorts of neat little platforms. Probably not all accessible by foot right. And does it have train tracks too?

There are no train tracks but there is a small walkway underneath with a viewing box and a glass floor. I think it's free but I didn't have time to check it out. Thanks for commenting :)
